Name the Barker Baby
June 13th, 2005
OK… so we can’t seem to come up with a name we like for the little guy. So this is a request for any input into the matter.
A few requitements/suggetsions.
- The baby is a boy… no girl names please
- We’re not really interested in really funky names… no “Alehandro” type things.
- I’m kinda picky about names that have way obvious nicknames that the poor guy is going to get made fun of all the time. Charles (upchuck), Richard (you know what it is), etc… are a no go
- Middle name is potentially going to be Aaron to carry on my distinct heritage in ways other then screwing up half of his DNA.
- No “Utah” names… Brigham, Moroni, etc
Names that are currently on the list, but that we aren’t 100% sold on are:
- Dallin
- Adam
Yeah… not a very long list. Thus this post.
Will update with any new requirements, and names as we come up with them. Thanks for any help!
Update – 2:53PM MST
Here is a list of names that are out due to family conflicts or just no-likey:
Family
- Lyman (K-Dad)
- David (K-Bro)
- Joe (Joseph) (K-Bro)
- Luke (K-Bro)
- Thomas (K-Bro)
- Mark (K-Bro)
- Jacob (K-Bro)
- Jesse (K-Bro)
- Ben (Benjamin)(K-Bro-In-Law)
- James (K-Bro-In-Law)
- Jason (K-Bro-In-Law)
- Steve (A-”Father”)
- Brett (A-Bro)
- Robert (Bob Barker = Bad… credit to Linda)
- Doug (Doug could be Dog Barker, credit to Linda)
Related, but not as close, so remote possibilities:
- Jordan (Nephew)
- Alan (Nephew)
- Ryan (Nephew)

I think that you should not name the kid Dallin. IT would just remind me of one of my friends, who is really cool, but also very annoying at times. Micheal I think sounds good with Aaron Barker, or Johnathen. I’m sure there are plenty of other good names that would go well also, but those two have kind of a ring to them.
2. Roger | June 13th, 2005 at 12:29 pm
Steven Hoober really doesn’t like the name Roger but Rogers is my maiden name. I went to school with a Roger and he was a really popular DJ at my college. I still like the name.

Ooops. The name field is for my name. Ohhhh! Not the name that I think you should name your baby. You should fix that since I’m not that smart.

4. steve | June 13th, 2005 at 1:14 pm
well, obviously Steve.
then there’s Aaron Jr.
or “AJ” for Aaron Jr. or even “A”dam “J”acob.
I am using Luke and Logan….
5. Aaron | June 13th, 2005 at 1:19 pm
Actually I am an AJ… Aaron James, so my mom called me that growing up… and occasionally my wife does now too.
6. Ben | June 13th, 2005 at 2:19 pm
James Aaron does have a nice ring. Michael Aaron isn’t bad either. Boys are a bummer to name. I have to admit I’m not a huge fan of Dillon.
Aren’t there any good Utah names like Hyrum, Brigham, or how about little LeGrand?
7. Kaylene | June 13th, 2005 at 2:26 pm
I like Michael and Jonathan. I’v always wanted to name a son Jonathan, but I hate the name John or Johnnie. And I have a cousin named Johathan.
Roger isn’t bad, but all the Rogers I know are old men. It makes me think of an old guy.
And we should actually ad Adam to the list, we have thought of using the name Adam.
And Ben I would love to name him James Aaron, but Aaron thinks it’s corny and I have a brother-in-law named James.
8. Kaylene | June 13th, 2005 at 2:27 pm
Maybe we should also list on here the ones we’ve thought of and turned down.
9. Benjamin | June 13th, 2005 at 2:39 pm
Don’t name him, just give him an ip address.
You may not realize this, but getting good boy names out of people who are planning on having more children might not be as easy as you think…Julie and I are very careful giving out our favorite names. But, for you, I’ll make an exception.
I like Lane. Lane Barker sounds cool.
10. Shambry | June 13th, 2005 at 2:42 pm
I think Jacob is a nice name for a boy, and I think the nickname of Jake is cool too.
11. Ben | June 13th, 2005 at 2:52 pm
Randy and I have talked about using the “@” symbol for a middle name.
12. Tracy | June 13th, 2005 at 2:58 pm
We have some neat boy names in our family: Michael Wayne, Timothy Paul, Mark Eugene, Joshua Alan, Samuel Jacob, Chad Alan, Justin Ballard,(Ballard being a family name) Shane, Weston, Braydon, Jerry, David, Julien, Bradley, Christopher.
You know, AJ sounds really cool. I like that too.
13. Josh "Infinite Pockets" Kelley | June 13th, 2005 at 3:20 pm
You should definitely name him Joshua. Oh yeah. You know why. By the way, thank you so much for that bookmark. You have no idea how much that means to me. I would defintely put you down as my favorite and most influential Young Men’s leader. Just thought you should know. And also, this is not to try and win your favor to name the baby Josh.
14. Spencer | June 13th, 2005 at 3:24 pm
Lilburn is a good name. Of course I have a slightly bias opinion toward that particular name. You should also consider Ben as a first name and Jerry as a midddle name. That could be neat.
15. Aaron | June 13th, 2005 at 3:44 pm
Maybe Kaylene is right, I should update the post with ones we have axed or that are already in the family, and so would be weird.
@ Ben – dAllIn… not dIllOn… and I thought to add no “utah names” to the rules, but thought that would be obvious… apparently not.
Glad you liked the bookmark, wasn’t sure if it made it to you or not. I’d say you were my favorite youth, but there are others of them on here… so I can’t say that.
@ Infinite Pockets… If you have infinate pockets, I expect good gifts
16. Kaylene | June 13th, 2005 at 3:56 pm
Aaron thinks 2.0 or .com would be good names.
17. Sharon | June 13th, 2005 at 3:58 pm
How about Mickey Mortimer in honor of a great friend?
18. Kaylene | June 13th, 2005 at 4:00 pm
Shambray, I like the name Jacob, but I like Tyko even better. I think we’ll use that one. jk
19. Aaron | June 13th, 2005 at 4:02 pm
Updated with the “no” lists…
Alpha could work, then the second could be Beta
@ Sharon – Cause “mortimer” wouldn’t get a kid beat up regularly or anything
20. Kaylene | June 13th, 2005 at 4:02 pm
We joked abut using Yensid (disney backwards). Yet it’s kind of an ugly name or sounds foreign
21. Linda Adams | June 13th, 2005 at 4:03 pm
Hi,
You should definitely NOT name him Robert. Don’t even think about it. Then you will have begotten a tiny little Bob Barker. The world already has one of those and IMHO one is enough.
You should also not name him Douglas, or Doug because Doug kind of sounds like Dog and you don’t want his name sounding like Dog Barker. Same goes for “Carnival.” Or “Loud,” or “Yappy.” Seriously, unce upon a time in the 70s my family knew a family named Bahr and they named their daughter Candace and called her Candy. Please…. don’t do that. And you guys have an awesome name, I’m not poking fun, it’s just a fair warning, see? Awareness is everything.
Like us – we can’t name any kids Morticia or Gomez or Wednesday, no matter how much we wanted to–darnit all. You could say we maybe shouldn’t really have a “Michael Adams,” technically, but I had a dream where he told me his name before he was born. Frankly that fits the kid’s sense of humor. So, in some ways it’s good when that happens. Otherwise I would never have named my child Mike. In other ways, maybe it’s better not to know. What if you dreamed your child was named Egbert? or Rufus? Or “Mahonri Moriancumr Moroni?” Yeah.
The other thing to watch out for is to look around the local Primaries/preschools and figure out which boy names are currently being snatched for girls. Like Taylor, Avery, etc. You don’t want to give him the equivalent of a “Kim,” “Leslie” or “Marion” and have him mistaken for a Mrs. his whole life. Hard on a guy.
Names we didn’t get to use on our kids but thought about were Nathan and Samuel. (Obviously, we couldn’t use Sam Adams and name the poor kid after a beer.) Oh, yeah, and every male I’ve ever known whose name started with “L” (whatever it was–Lyle, Larry, Lester, Lenny) has been really, really weird. Think about it. Yeah. It’s true, man. Sorry if that describes anyone reading this.
I have a cousin whose husband’s name is Vally. So, all their kids got these geo names like Rydge Blue (boy), Kanyin and Meysa (girls). No foolin’. Great for them but I’m kinda glad Steve didn’t want to do that. I know another mom who wanted to (but didn’t) name all her boys after locations, such as Glen, Dale, etc. I also vote against naming him after a fruit or a food, such as Apple or Cupcake.
PS I wouldn’t listen to Spencer, above. hehehe
PPS The name Moses (as in Moses/Aaron) should automatically *not* be in the running.
PPPS If you like D names like Dallin, there’s also Derek, Dylan, Dixon, Drake (oops no that’s a duck) and Donald (nope that’s another duck)…oh well… I tried!
PPPPS You might just have to see the little guy before something comes to you. My mother was GOING to name me “Suzie.” Thank goodness when I was born I didn’t “look” like a Suzie so she named me Linda.
22. Linda Adams | June 13th, 2005 at 4:07 pm
Hey Aaron
Oh darn “Luke” is out. I thought it would be cool if you named him Luke, then you could scare him when he’s bigger by dressing up in a black cape and growling, “Luke, I am your father.”
23. Kaylene | June 13th, 2005 at 4:09 pm
Benjamin W, I thought of people not wanting to give up their favorite names, but thought we’d ask for help anyway.
And I do like Lane Aaron Barker.
24. Aaron | June 13th, 2005 at 4:12 pm
@ Linda – Nice post, good points. Will have to add Robert and Doug to the “no ” list. Kaylene’s brother Luke, has a Luke Jr as well… so think we are Luked out. I can do “Luke I am your Uncle”, but not sure how that will go over. At least I have the voice for it.
25. Kaylene | June 13th, 2005 at 4:13 pm
My maiden name is Bahr and I would love it if my brothers named their girl Candy. I’ve almost got one brother convinced that it would be cute.
26. Elder Bahr | June 13th, 2005 at 5:39 pm
Kaylene, if you thought that one brother that was convinced of Candy being a cute name, you can forget it. Bleeeah! I think you should name her Mayra, or Kathrine.
27. Kaylene | June 13th, 2005 at 6:02 pm
@Elder Bahr(aka Mark) – I wasn’t talking about you. Tom thought naming a daughter Candy was a cute idea. And our baby is a boy. Sorry if I confused you.
28. Lesta | June 13th, 2005 at 6:14 pm
WOW!!! Look what I’ve been missing by not signing on to my puter!?! Only Aaron Barker would think to put this question online.
Well, we already KNOW that I like the name Dallin. THAT is obvious!
Stay away from Disney names too…Like Donald, Mickey or Daffy. We’ll reserve that last name for Aaron.
I’m gonna have to think some more on this one. I’ll pole the family at the dinner table tonight.
Luv ya both!
Lesta
29. Terry | June 13th, 2005 at 9:04 pm
Just saw the postings
We did have a friend in the Coast Guard who named is son Daldiss. It supposedly was a name for a bilge pump. He did mention at times that he was going to the daycare center to pick up “the pump”. Balthasar Barker has a ring to it. Jordan could work, that way you could call him Jordi for short and have a backhand reference to Geordi in StarTrek.
Due date???
30. Candice Perry | June 13th, 2005 at 9:26 pm
So we’re trying to come up with some really good names for boys right? How about Jared?
31. Andrea | June 13th, 2005 at 11:04 pm
Some recent boy names used in our family are Nathan, Nathanial, Smith (ugh! My sister actually used our maiden name as her sons first name–born two days ago).
Not so recent family used names are Spencer, Garrett, Tyler, Austin, Nickolaus, Jacob, Collin, Cade, Carson, Dallyn and Duncan.
The “C” names might be funny as his initials would spell “CAB”
We also like Gavin.
32. Ben | June 14th, 2005 at 12:20 pm
Whoa! Dallin, that’s a totally different story, my appologies. I like Dallin. Isn’t it a little Utah-ish? I guess the makers of the rules can also break em’.
33. Ben | June 14th, 2005 at 12:30 pm
I think Harry needs to be added to the no list.
Wall of Wierd entries…
I have a friend who named there kids; Rainey Day, Marina Breeze, Raven Cove, & River Canyon.
I like Candy. Have you ever met a girl named Candy that was ugly?
34. Aaron | June 14th, 2005 at 1:18 pm
@ Ben – Dallin is a Utah name? Don’t know that I knew of any Dallin’s growing up here. I’ve only known one personally that I can think of (that was in KC), and he was a mostly good kid.
35. Ben | June 14th, 2005 at 2:49 pm
Dallin H. Oaks?
Apostate!! I see Utah has begun to suck the spirit out of you already.
36. Kaylene | June 14th, 2005 at 3:43 pm
@ Lesta – I agree we should probably stay away from Disney names as fun as it would be. It would be just to obssesive. And I prefer Goofy as a nice Disney name for Aaron.
@Ben – I actually like those names from your wall of weird entry. And yes Harry is a no name. However, Aaron’s Grandpa’s name is Harold. So it is a family name.
37. Jason P. | June 14th, 2005 at 4:22 pm
First things first: you cannot name him Greg, Anthony, Murray or Jeff. These are all ruined by “The Wiggles” (not a big fan).
Some names that were on our list of boy names include: Grant, Hunter, Ashton, Harrison, Ty or Tyler, Skyler, Carter, Connor, Elliott, Austin, and Brady.
We’re very fond of Brevin and Spencer seeing that we used these as the names for our 2 boys.
38. Aaron | June 14th, 2005 at 4:34 pm
@Ben – My statement holds true… I didn’t know any growing up here, and I don’t know Elder Oaks personally. But I’ll admit I didn’t even think of him.
@Jason P. – Oy… I’m going to have to start watching that crap… err… stuff, aren’t I?? Guess that’s good to know.
@Everyone – Thanks for all your input. Kaylene and I are amazed at the response… we have tons of names to ponder on now. Guess you should always be careful what you ask for.
39. Anonymous Coward | June 14th, 2005 at 11:25 pm
Shersti thinks that Kyle Aaron Barker would be nice.
40. Lou | June 15th, 2005 at 12:35 am
I like the name Tristan myself. Terry didn’t think that it went well with our last name, hence we never used it.
As for the name Nathaniel. It’s a great name since it means “gift from God”.
I like the ring of Brendan Aaron Barker.
I also like Owen, Patrick, Phillip, Christian and Ethan among many others.
Michaela likes Andrew, calling him “Drew”.
I know it is hard settling on a name for your child. We had a boys and a girls names picked out when we got married, so it made it easier. At least
with the first one. Our second child, a daughter, was named on the way to the hospital, as it had to be put on the form when you were admitted. But that is New York City for you.
By the way, our first son is Terrence Tyler. That is as close as we got to naming a son after Terry.
41. Raelynn and James | June 15th, 2005 at 1:57 am
Don’t not use James just because of me. I have to admit it is a very good name. Besides I haven’t been a relative for very long. Raelynn says don’t use Austin, because she wants to use it for our first boy.(it’s my middle name.) How about Peter? Raelynn suggests Jonah or Noah. Bible names are in now.
42. Ben | June 15th, 2005 at 7:51 am
Anonymous Coward has a nice suggestion.
Kyle Aaron…
Cool combination of both of your names.
43. Kristen Miller | June 15th, 2005 at 10:23 am
My husband and I just had a baby boy and we named him Kyle Thomas. We went through TONS of names because my husband didn’t want anything that could be abbreviated…Kyle Aaron Barker sounds cute….and I am willing to share it
44. Kaylene | June 15th, 2005 at 10:44 am
@ James- Thouhg you’ve only been a member of our family for a short time, we still consider you a very important part. Dealing with Raelynn day to day wins you big points.
45. Kaylene | June 15th, 2005 at 10:48 am
@Lou – I do like the name Brendan. I think I saw it in a baby name book, yet I get overwhelmed when looking in those books. It’s actuallly more fun to make fun of the names that are goofy in the book than find good ones. Aaron and I have laughed a lot over weird names. Yet, then of coarse I am married to Aaron who can make anything funny.
46. Teacher's Quorum President | June 15th, 2005 at 11:03 am
though my mom didn’t put it on i liked the name Priesthood……………
That way when someone asks Kaylene who the baby is….. she can say it’s “Aaron’s Priesthood” (Aaronic Priesthood)
Cameron wanted to name the baby Crack-a-lacka.
Last night thinking about names for the baby…. i came across an unusual name…….
“sc” (skuh)
That way your baby is
Sc Aaron Barker (scarin’ barker)
Then i thought back on the “luke, i am your father” and it hit me.
Name the baby Who’syourdaddy.
Who is your daddy, Bro Barker?
well anyways……..
those are just a few that didn’t get mentioned last night when my mom suggested some names and i know that they probably shouldn’t have been suggested.
OH WELL!!!
47. your favorite aunt | June 15th, 2005 at 3:24 pm
You could use the family name of Winsor. It is royal. Winsor Aaron Barker. He could be called Win for short if you nicked him. Win Barker. Great idea and fun to read all your friends thoughts. Peace MM*
48. Rebecca Haas | June 16th, 2005 at 8:37 am
I think you might consider Liam or Owen. I always tried to give my children names that weren’t wierd, but that weren’t necessarily popular so that they wouldn’t be one of 12 “tiffany”’s in their class. You know, individuality. Seemed to work for them.
My best to you both and to your baby boy.
49. Debbie "Dr" Seusy | June 16th, 2005 at 9:17 am
Am just now joining this string. Very entertaining. Let’s just say, by becoming a mom at 38 (just the first time around!) I watched all my siblings and all my friends go through this, and was no more informed or decisive when I myself went through it.
First thing I will say is — no matter how unique you think your name is, I’ll bet someone else has it. I cannot tell you how many times my Co-op-Loving-Diehard Deadhead-Berkeley-born California friends would go through what amounted to an almost dissertation-level process to determine the most Unique Name. Then they show up at kindergarten and find 2 other kids with that name in. In the same class.
If you want to know how common a name is, the social security administration’s website is a pretty good place to check. http://www.ssa.gov/OACT/babynames/. Course, likely you already know that. But if you trust the gov’t, you’ll be skipping: Jacob, Michael, Joshua, Matthew, Ethan, Andrew, Daniel, William, Joseph & Christopher. Top 10 names of 2004. (Aaron is ranked #53 right now!)
With our new son, we went the family route but made clear that he was not actually named “after” (as in, in the likeness of) the family member. So he’s Duncan (#565 in 2004, not a very popular American name) and his middle name is Rae, which is my mom’s maiden name. What I like about his name is that it’s not so uncommon that people stumble over it, yet not so common that (judging from my experience with my 4-year-old) when you yell it at, say, a totally out-of-control Chuckee Cheese birthday party, you hear half the room say “WHAT?”
On behalf of my husband, I will offer up Brad. This was a common name back in the 60’s, but currently ranked #827 in the U.S. I also liked the name Henry (would be interesting for him to be Henry Aaron….), but we had a nasty divorce on Brad’s side of the family in which, let’s just say, a “Henry” was involved, so it was a non-starter.
FYI, top names in Utah (babies born in 2004) are Ethan, Jacob, Joshua, Samuel and Andrew. I don’t want to say folks in your state don’t have much imagination, but 4 out of 5 of those names were also the most common in 2003 and 2002. So let’s just say, the field is wide open as far as “uniquely” naming Barker II in your state….
50. Kaylene | June 16th, 2005 at 10:31 am
@Debbie- that popular baby names site is great. Also Thanks for pointing out that almost any name you use is going to be used by someone else. My name is somewhat unique and I still keep meeting people with the same name.
@Our Favorite Aunt (MM*)- I did want to use a family name, but any we liked just didn’t fit. I was dead set on Perry (After Anson Perry Winsor) before we even knew that it was a boy. However, after we learned what gender we were having it didn’t feel right anymore.
51. Linda Adams | June 16th, 2005 at 11:08 am
A few stray thoughts. I’m having a lot of fun watching this site and it will be neat to see what he winds up with. Kaylene – I forgot your due date, can you please post it for us all?
Kyle CAN be shortened, to Ky. So there.
Also, Aaron, avoid these four names: Tinkie Winkie, Dipsy, LaLa, and Po (the Teletubbies). Yes…. you must begin watching these shows BEFORE naming the baby, to find any other disagreeable characters to cross of. Of course, Elmo and Oscar should automatically be out.
Owen makes me think of a heavy, round kid. I don’t know why. (Sorry to any skinny Owens reading along). Owen was also Luke Skywalker’s uncle. But you could try Ewan as in Ewan McGregor. Or use a Welsh name, that way no one will ever spell it or pronounce it correctly.
I really like Kyle Aaron. That has a very nice ring to it.
52. your favorite aunt | June 16th, 2005 at 9:23 pm
Ok back to the G book. You probably would not want names like Boram, Lafayette, Ebenezer, Elwood. Asa, Omer Albert, Archibald, Jerome, (though that is a great little town in Arizona), Cloard, Rolla, and the list goes on. However, I do think they were probably really nice people. But there are some great names from that book. Anson has several grandsons named such as Walter, Elijah, George, Gardner, Edward, and Benjamin Franklin.
Actually, I think Elijah Aaron would be neet. Lij for short.
There is a Jeddiah. Jed. Joshua is nice. Denton is George the cowboy’s middle name. Denton Aaron. Ruben would go by Ben. There are tons of Williams and Josephs and Roberts. But you have said you wanted different names. There is a Sir Miles and a Sir James and now we are back to James. What fun!!!!
I have found with all the naming of living creatures that as someone said earlier, usually, meeting them first helps choose the name. He will have a special personality all of his own. That will come with a name. Let the spirit guide. I had a friend that had worked hard with her husband to come up with a name for their son and when he gave him his blessing, another name came out of his mouth and they were all surprised. That is the name he got. One never knows. Peace MM*
53. Candice | June 17th, 2005 at 11:42 am
I happen to really like the name Griffen. You could really spell it any way that you wanted to. But I like it.
54. Teacher's Quorum President | June 20th, 2005 at 8:06 pm
consider the following:
aiden
alex
andrew
branden
chris
joey
josh
justin
matt
mike
paul
phillip
ricky
ryan
ya know………i named 3 of the guys in N’SYNC
but they are downhill now so you could forget about those names but i thought those names that i just listed were quite a few of really good names.

55. Kristy | June 20th, 2005 at 9:41 pm
Hey guys! I have had this problem before…I read through most of the responses to your request and I have seen a bunch of names that are really cute. I like Lane – it sounds like a movie star: Lane Barker! I do have one suggestion, it is one that isn’t heard much, however, it is a name I really like. How about Brent?
56. Kaylene | June 21st, 2005 at 12:23 am
@Linda – the baby is due Aug 2nd.
@Favorite Aunt – Aaron thinks that it is a good idea to wait and officially pick a name when we see him. I have heard stories of parents who have names picked out and then when they first see the baby decide on something different. So, most likely we won’t settle on one until he’s born. However, we now have a list of ideas to choose from.
@Kristy – Hey to you too! And I also really like Lane Aaron Barker. Brent is also a great name, but close to Aaron’s brother’s name, Brett.
57. Debbie | June 22nd, 2005 at 4:01 pm
France and I were just talking about Dartagnan from IBM. Now there’s an unusual name! His buds could call him “D” when he’s in high school. ‘Course, you’d probably need a French-sounding middle name, too. Like Cartier.
I love the name Carter, but I’m not sure it’s a good match with Barker. Too much “er,” if you know what I mean.
58. France | June 22nd, 2005 at 5:28 pm
Wow, look what I’ve been missing.
One thing to consider is “Googleability” – which can be viewed two different ways..
1) Page Rank – Have a unique name, get search results guaranteed to return any site your boy’s name is part of.
2) Privacy – Have a common name, security & privacy is guaranteed.
I don’t have any name suggestions. I don’t think you would want them. The week our daughter was born, we finally decided to look up its popularity – oops, Emily is number 1.
59. Sister Bahr | June 27th, 2005 at 11:20 am
I think that Dallin is a very good name to use. The other names I have are unique but they are cute names. Such as Kyson, Perry, Brittian, Zane,Russel, mason, daniel, joshua, or evey kyle. I will go over my ward list and find more names I like. Man some of these people in Iowa have strange names but we wont let them know.
60. Suzanna Dodson | July 1st, 2005 at 6:53 pm
Holy tarnation!! This is wild!! Better think of somethin’ quick….it’s gettin’ close “YA’LL”. YEEEEEHAW
61. your favorite aunt | July 1st, 2005 at 11:43 pm
Hi. I just met a kid named Levi. Cute kid. Levi Aaron Barker. How are you doing? Peace MM*
62. Raelynn and James | July 9th, 2005 at 9:21 pm
Here in Hawaii there are many unique names. Kekoa, Kannon, Ponokaimi, and others that are just too long to remember. Kannon is cute though, but spelled “Cannon”. Aloha
63. Sister Bahr | July 11th, 2005 at 11:42 am
As to the names Raelynn and James added, come on they don’t want people to slaughter the kids name. There is an adorable little boy here in Iowa by the name of Riley and I actually think its a really cute name for a little boy. Also approximately how much longer do you have till you will have the baby- I’m getting a bit ancy.I am also praying that its not a 10 pounder this tiny little lady in the ward i’m serving in just had a 10 pound 13 ouce little girl- poor mom and poor baby- I mean her older sister was even making fun of how fat she was. But good luck on finding a name- if you don’t you can always call it baby barker for a while- actually I am very opposed to that- don’t do it. Pick a name quickly. God Bless you.
